What to include

Include the email on your Dimly account, the project or order ID when one exists, and a short description of what happened. For a generation issue, add the model, format, and the step where the result differed from what you expected.

Response timing

We review support requests on business days and reply from the Dimly support address. Sending the relevant project details in the first message helps us investigate without asking you to repeat the same information.

Source audio and rights

Dimly can process a Suno link or an uploaded audio file when you own the recording or have permission to use it. Contact support if an import or rights confirmation does not match your situation. Do not email private access credentials or full payment card numbers.
